Report Officer Misconduct

Oakland Community Police Review Agency Portal (CPRA).  Using the tools on this page you can complete and submit complaints of officer misconduct by members of the Oakland Police Department electronically, download complaint forms or submit completed complaint forms to the CPRA, or track the progress of any complaints that you have previously submitted for review by the CPRA.

Oakland Police (Oversight) Commission

The purpose of the Police Commission is to oversee the Oakland Police Department's policies, practices and customs to meet national standards of constitutional policing and to oversee the Community Police Review Agency that investigates police misconduct and recommends discipline.

This unit responds to community complaints about liquor establishments, including stores, bars, and/or clubs.

Once a week, for 17 weeks, all departments/divisions donate their free time to present their operations; ride-a-longs are scheduled at conclusion.
